We could not have been happier with our experience with Johnny, Cody, and the entire Porsche sales team. Cody deserves special recognition. He has been taking care of my wife, Rose, for years, and the relationship and trust he built with her was one of the main reasons we chose to do business with Porsche. He has always been incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in making sure we are completely satisfied. When I found the particular Panamera I wanted, the team went above and beyond to make it happen. The car was at another dealership, and they worked out a dealer trade involving multiple vehicles to get exactly the car I wanted. They made what could have been a complicated process completely seamless from my perspective. Johnny was terrific throughout the sales process—responsive, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. And when it came time to take delivery, Cody spent all the time I needed going through the car with me, explaining its many features and functions and making sure I was comfortable with everything before I left. I never felt rushed. I absolutely love the car, but just as importantly, I came away extremely impressed with the level of service and personal attention we received. It is increasingly rare to find people who make you feel that earning and keeping your business genuinely matters to them. A first-class experience from beginning to end.
